Landlord tax return accountant

If you’re a landlord with UK rental property, whether you live here or are non-resident, getting your tax return done needn’t be stressful, complicated or expensive.

Simon Thandi, UK Landlord Tax

Hi, I’m Simon.

I’m one of the directors of Fixed Fee Tax Return and, as it happens, I’m a landlord myself. One of the things I’m proudest of is that our landlord tax service is personal – you’ll be dealt with by the same person every time you get in touch. And what we do isn’t a form-filling exercise: we offer a full professional service at a fraction of the price of traditional accountants.

Landlord self-assessment tax return service

If you’re a landlord and rent out property, you’ll probably need to submit a tax return through self-assessment on or before midnight on 31 January.

That’s true whether you receive rental income from a residential or commercial property; have rental income from a holiday home; or live abroad but own and rent out any of the above on the UK market.

This is what you get:

Fees for landlord tax returns

If you have only one rental property and provide us with figures for your rental income along with any associated expenses, we can provide a tax return for £150, plus VAT. Pretty amazing value.

For landlords with two properties, our fixed fees start at just £170, plus VAT.

Landlords with more than two properties should get in touch for a highly competitive fixed-fee quote.

We also have discounted rates for property jointly held by married couples.

Whichever service you take up, we promise there’ll be no strings attached, no hidden charges and no shocking upfront fees.

And the best thing? Based on past experience, it’s highly likely we’ll save you more in tax than we charge you in (tax deductible) fees.
